What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Engage with clients to identify and serve their evolving financial and insurance needs, upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity.
• Business Development: Define clear sales and growth goals, meticulously developing and executing strategic plans to achieve ambitious targets.
• Team Building & Leadership: Build and manage effective sales teams, providing support and empowerment as a servant leader, and mentoring newer agents within the industry.
• Communication & Presentation: Articulate complex financial information clearly, persuasively, and professionally in virtual meetings to facilitate client engagement and collaboration.
• Professional & Personal Growth: Actively participate in comprehensive training systems to “earn while you learn,” commit to continuous personal development, and leverage leadership development programs to advance.
• Schedule Management: Set and manage your own work schedule, utilizing advanced remote systems to conduct virtual client meetings and achieve work-life balance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess the intrinsic ability to set clear goals, embody servant leadership, demonstrate an unwavering strong work ethic, and consistently uphold high integrity in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Experience: A proven history of successfully building and managing teams within a business development context, showing an ability to guide others to success.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, the capacity to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively, and a genuine ambition to take initiative and achieve outstanding results.
• Bonus: Possession of a Life and Health Insurance License, or a strong willingness to obtain this crucial credential.
