What You’ll Actually Do
• Facility Sanitation: Create a spotless and safe environment by cleaning assigned areas using approved sanitation methods.
• Equipment Cleaning: Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment to meet high-quality and food safety standards.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure all food processing equipment and areas are fully sanitized and ready for operation.
• Tool Operation: Efficiently complete sanitation tasks using specialized tools and equipment, such as floor scrubbers and scissor lifts.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete all required sanitation logs and work order documentation, adhering to established Sanitation SOPs, FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies.

• Background: Entry-level career position requiring a High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: No specific years required; this is an early career role.
• Skills: Ability to follow Sanitation SOPs, operate specialized cleaning tools, prevent cross-contamination, and complete documentation accurately.
• Bonus: Previous cleaning experience.
