This position is vital for efficiently constructing functional, professional websites by adhering to structured systems and documented processes, while also applying creative judgment to ensure high-quality aesthetics and proper site operation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Build: Construct functional and professional websites efficiently using Lovable and other modern AI-assisted website tools.
• Structure: Create and organize various website pages (such as home, services, contact, and estimate pages), along with navigation and overall page layouts, following internal step-by-step SOPs.
• Content: Integrate essential content elements, including photos, testimonials, and project galleries, and develop specific service pages or location/service-area pages when necessary, especially for larger contractor business websites.
• Optimize: Ensure all developed websites are fully mobile-friendly and responsive across devices, making layout or content adjustments to improve overall clarity and usability.
• Quality Assure: Conduct thorough quality checks before website launches, meticulously testing forms, links, and calls-to-action to guarantee everything functions properly.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional who enjoys building websites and is eager to learn modern web workflows, especially those incorporating AI tools.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience building websites using platforms such as Lovable, Webflow, WordPress, or similar website builder tools.
• Skills: Proven ability to follow clear instructions and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); strong instincts for effective layout, intuitive usability, and clean design principles; highly detail-oriented with the capacity to identify and resolve small issues before a website launch; comfort learning and integrating new AI-powered website tools into workflows; capability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with the team when needed.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Lovable or other AI website builders, Webflow, WordPress, no-code website tools, a basic understanding of website structure and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), CMS platforms, and specific experience building websites for small businesses or contractor businesses.
