The TL;DR

• Team: Part of a dedicated team within auto dealership reconditioning centers.
• Mission: To deliver exemplary auto detailing and reconditioning services, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Exterior Vehicle Care: Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors thoroughly using appropriate cleaning solutions and machines to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Interior Vehicle Restoration: Vacuum, clean upholstery, and treat all interior surfaces, including applying preservation chemicals, to ensure a spotless and protected cabin.
• Specialized Detailing Tasks: Apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric, and perform engine or engine compartment cleaning and degreasing as required.
• Customer Interaction & Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring courteous interactions and timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Operational Support: Drive various vehicles, maintain facility cleanliness, and undertake additional duties assigned by management to meet daily operational demands and production needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Prior experience in auto detailing or reconditioning, with specific openings for those with some experience (Detail Specialist 1) and those with 2+ years (Detail Specialist 2).
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with a good driving record, along with experience driving both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Skills: Manual dexterity and bodily coordination; ability to quickly learn new processes and instructions; effective teamwork and collaboration skills. Keen attention to detail for quality inspection, recognizing small imperfections in work and that of others. Strong oral communication skills, paired with a sense of urgency to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to uniform standards.
