• Team: Reports to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Chef
• Mission: Ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are impeccably cleaned and sanitized to support efficient and hygienic club kitchen operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sanitation: Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash all kitchen items, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and dried before storage.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, managing waste and recycling, and monitoring cleaning supplies for restocking.
• Support: Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils promptly, and help with food preparation or other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, assisting members and guests, and participating in general kitchen cleaning tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Career level: Early Career.
• Experience: Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a standout preferred qualification.
• Skills: Ability to operate dishwashing machines; proficient communication skills; ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role.
