Junior Analyst | Collektion Capital
The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Collektion Capital, located remotely in Florida. Collektion Capital is a Florida-based private equity real estate firm specializing in small-bay flex and industrial acquisitions across the Southeast U.S. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) acquisitions career with direct exposure to live deals and senior leadership, covering the full acquisitions process from screening to closing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Opportunities: Assist with underwriting commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: Build and update complex Excel-based financial models, including DCF and waterfall structures.
• Property Analysis: Conduct Argus analyses and review rent rolls, operating statements, and property financials for acquisition targets.
• Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research and comparable property analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Deal Support: Prepare investment summaries, deal memoranda, and support acquisition due diligence and transaction processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior Analyst with a focus on commercial real estate investment analysis.
• Experience: 2–3 years in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, or related fields, with required proficiency in Argus Enterprise, and must reside in Florida.
• Skills: Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities (DCF, waterfall structures), ability to independently review property financials and rent rolls, solid understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, cap rates, equity multiples, yield on cost).
• Bonus: Experience in industrial or flex real estate, and a self-directed, detail-oriented work ethic suitable for independent remote work.
