• Pay: $35500–$49000 yearly
• Mission: Own the member’s initial experience by accurately processing financial transactions and providing personalized financial solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Member Experience: Create a welcoming and positive environment by warmly greeting members, actively listening to their needs, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Cash Management: Balance cash drawers and maintain appropriate cash levels for daily operations.
• Financial Education: Educate members on Greater Nevada Credit Union’s diverse products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services to meet individual financial needs.
• Compliance and Security: Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to safeguard member confidentiality and protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions.

• Experience: 6 months of customer service experience.
• Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills, Sales Skills and Experience, Effective Relationship Building Skills.
• Bonus: 6 months of cash handling experience.
