Market Delivery Warehouse Associate

Market Delivery Warehouse Associates are integral to the efficient operation of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous unloading and staging of XDT deliveries, precision inventory management using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), skillful product assembly, and maintaining an exemplary clean and safe work environment. To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

What You Will Do

Responsibility Statements

  • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform all essential Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching, utilizing handheld scanning devices with precision.
  • Navigate and utilize all applicable internal systems proficiently, such as MS Office, Blue Yonder, Genesis, and My Red Vest.
  • Complete regular inventory cycle counts and thorough audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Unload and receive inbound products from Distribution Centers (DC) and direct vendor shipments (e.g., appliances, grills, Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE)), promptly notifying leadership of any discrepancies or damages. This task will potentially require forklift certification.
  • Stage products efficiently for next-day deliveries and correctly put away future deliveries.
  • Manage and audit product staging lanes comprehensively, including, but not limited to, Returns to Vendor (RTV), quarantine, and delivery areas.
  • Participate actively in key recycling programs, such as the recycling of OPE batteries.
  • Process trash, cardboard, and Styrofoam using applicable Lowe’s Recycling equipment, including balers, densifiers, and trash compactors.
  • Complete assembly and pre-delivery inspection processes for various applicable products (e.g., OPE, grills, patio furniture).
  • Maintain a consistently clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of Directly related experience
