Quality Assurance Intern | Lasko Products

The Tone:
This is an internship at Lasko Products, located in Ft. Worth, TX. Lasko Products is a century-old industry leader in home environment products, providing air solutions such as fans, heaters, air purifiers, and humidifiers. This role is vital for supporting the development and deployment of the company’s Quality Management System, directly contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and manufacturing processes across the organization.

• Mission: Support Quality Management System development and continuous improvement activities within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead small quality improvement projects within the team, collaborating with plants and other areas of Lasko.
• Create: Create and update documentation for quality, design, and manufacturing processes.
• Apply: Gain knowledge about Lasko’s products and apply that knowledge to improve existing processes and practices.
• Analyze: Input and analyze data by conducting online marketplace research.
• Assist: Assist the quality teams with Quality Management System (QMS) deployment and ongoing continuous improvement activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a sophomore to senior year student, 18 years of age or older, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, pursuing a degree or major in the focus area of the internship, such as Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
• Experience: Ability to work 40 hours/week during the 2025 summer period and demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Skills: Proven ability to drive statistical analysis and possess tech savvy skills.
