The TL;DR

• Pay: $21.5–$22.5 hourly
• Mission: To meticulously manage and deliver quality control samples, ensuring their integrity and compliance to support critical analytical testing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Submission Verification: Verify incoming sample submissions for Quality Control accuracy and completeness.
• Sample Logistics: Handle, store, and meticulously organize all samples, maintaining proper identification and storage conditions.
• Laboratory Support: Deliver samples to various QC laboratories as required to facilitate timely testing schedules.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interact effectively with external customers and internal functional peer groups to coordinate sample flows and resolve inquiries.
• Condition Management: Conduct temperature, environmental, and/or CO2 monitoring to maintain optimal sample integrity and ensure full compliance with pertinent regulatory agency requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences major, suitable for an early career professional.
• Experience: Prior cGMP experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills: Sample Handling, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Monitoring, Customer Service, Organization.
