• Mission: This person drives sales growth, delivers training to Lowe’s associates, and ensures high standards in service and merchandising execution within a Lowe’s store.
• Tech Stack: eLearning Modules, HR Cloud trainings, HireVue, Microsoft Teams

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Growth: Drive and increase sales of Sherwin-Williams and Valspar products by engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments and generating customer leads.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by determining customer needs, presenting appropriate products, and building productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Merchandising and Inventory: Manage merchandising, maintain adequate store appearance, including the color wall and back stock, and ensure inventory best practices.
• Product Expertise: Tint and mix products to customer specifications, maintain Pro customer color files, and build comprehensive knowledge of all products for effective customer recommendations.
• Training and Compliance: Train Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and application methods, while completing all required eLearning Modules and ensuring HR Cloud trainings are up to date.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion; proven ability to achieve sales goals; strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bonus: A High School diploma or GED, previous experience selling paint and paint-related products, prior experience operating tinting and mixing equipment, a valid and unrestricted Driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
