Key Responsibilities & What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Process Adherence: Confidently follow our established sales process to effectively sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.
  • Exceptional Communication & Listening: Possess a natural ability to engage in conversation, but more importantly, demonstrate a profound love for actively listening to all new, established, and prospective clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Skillfully transform any instance of client criticism into a positive story of outstanding customer service and resolution.

Qualifications

  • Retail Sales Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
  • Spa-Like / Service Environment Experience (Preferred): Experience in a spa-like or similar customer service environment, showcasing the ability to deliver distinctive value through attention, hospitality, and execution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; comfortable with easy-to-learn computer programs for scheduling and payment processing.
  • Driven & Client-Focused: A strong commitment to fostering the best possible work environment for employees and consistently creating the best experiences for clients.
