This entry-level role is crucial for supporting power delivery and shared services work crews by providing essential manual labor, contributing to the upkeep and efficiency of critical energy infrastructure.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide essential manual labor assistance to Georgia Power Delivery & Shared Services work crews.
• Operate: Execute tasks safely and adhere to ethical standards in all work assignments.
• Adapt: Perform duties effectively across diverse weather conditions.
• Manage: Handle and maneuver equipment and materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
• Contribute: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or equivalent required. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age or turning 18 by September 1, 2026.
• Skills: Possess a valid driver’s license; demonstrated ability and desire to work safely and display ethical behavior; ability to lift 50 lbs. or more; capability to work in all types of weather conditions.
