ADI Infrastructure Admin | Kforce
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Kforce (for a client), located in Tampa, FL. This position supports the client’s Advanced Distribution Infrastructure team, performing a variety of complex administrative duties. The role demands significant communication and coordination with internal personnel, external vendors, contractors, and customers, operating with limited supervision. This individual will also serve as the critical SAP partner to the lead administrative specialist, providing essential support for financial processes and reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer: Perform general office duties, including typing, maintaining organized files, managing record-keeping, and handling confidential data.
• Coordinate: Serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers, scheduling meetings, and arranging simple travel and meeting materials.
• Process: Efficiently handle incoming vendor invoices, mail distribution, photocopying, and prepare various forms, documents, and requisitions.
• Support: Act as the SAP partner, originating reports, reviewing financial limits, and processing purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Analyze: Maintain comprehensive logs and records, calculate payroll summaries and financial information, and create basic charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and databases.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or GED required. Early Career.
• Experience: Minimum two years of administrative support or other relevant office experience. TEC/PGS call center experience involving special assignments/projects may be considered.
• Skills: Ability to operate basic and complex office equipment, effective computer skills for spreadsheets, graphic material presentation, system downloads, running reports, data entry, and word processing. Ability to resolve non-routine issues independently or by referencing documentation.
• Bonus: Two years of direct administrative assistance work in an office environment, experience in a utility environment, and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
