What You’ll Actually Do
• Entity Compliance: Manage corporate entity good standing across the US and Canada, handling all reports and state requests independently.
• Brand Protection: Monitor intellectual property, identify infringements, and draft and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer Advocacy: Investigate complex consumer escalations, propose strategic solutions, and spearhead compliance training for the entire workforce.
• Product Compliance: Review products and processes for compliance, partnering directly with Engineering and Product to implement systemic improvements for user friction or risks.
• Process Automation: Utilize AI and low-code tools to transform manual legal tasks into scalable and automated workflows.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance; an early career professional with an interest in legal operations and compliance.
• Experience: A proven track record of extreme resourcefulness, finding answers independently, and demonstrating an innate need to close loops on projects.
• Skills: Product-focused mindset, interest in using AI/technology for workflow optimization, impeccable attention to detail for regulatory filings, and organizational rigor for project management.
• Thrive in High-Performance Environments: Comfort with ambiguity and operating with a deep sense of urgency, taking full ownership of your output.
