• Mission: Ensure the safe and efficient relocation of customer goods while providing an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Moves: Prepare, pack, load, and unload household goods or office equipment, ensuring items are properly secured and arranged for transit.
• Manage Inventory: Track and verify customer items at both origin and destination to prevent loss or damage during the move.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and accommodating specific move requests.
• Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety policies and proper lifting techniques, while keeping work sites and moving trucks free from debris.
• Support Operations: Assist with various tasks within the local warehouse and operations when not actively completing customer moves.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school education or equivalent, with foundational knowledge of proper packaging, loading, and unloading techniques.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail, and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, physical stamina for sustained periods of lifting up to 75 pounds, and a focus on problem-solving.
• Bonus: Forklift certification or a Commercial Driver’s License.
