What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundation Building: Complete an initial classroom-based orientation session to prepare for hands-on operational learning.
• Business Operations: Gain comprehensive, hands-on experience within a branch setting, covering critical areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and general operations.
• Skill Development: Develop a wide range of valuable management skills, including sales, account management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership, through practical application.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers, striving to understand their needs and creatively exceed their service expectations on a daily basis.
• Career Progression: Utilise the 8 to 12 months of initial training to prepare for your next role, with the aim of progressing to a Branch Manager position in as little as two years, both within the UK and potentially internationally.
