We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our dining service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional table service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of American table service standards, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Table Preparation & Setup:
  • Prepare the dining room for service by setting up tables with appropriate linen, tableware (service plates, utensils), condiments, and an attractive table scape.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining environment throughout service.
• Guest Service & Hospitality:
  • Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, providing an initial welcome and setting a positive tone for their meal.
  • Offer gracious hospitality and attentive customer service throughout the entire dining experience.
  • Proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests.
• Order Fulfillment & Service Delivery:
  • Serve ordered choices in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, adhering to American table service techniques.
  • Utilize proper clearing techniques during and after dining service to ensure a smooth and seamless flow.
• Menu Knowledge & Recommendations:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
  • Be able to accurately explain menu details to guests and answer any questions they may have.
  • Confidently make personalized suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Table Maintenance & Resetting:
  • Responsible for efficiently resetting tables during and after dining service, preparing them for the next guests.
  • Ensure all service areas remain clean, organized, and stocked.
