This pivotal position is essential for expanding the customer base and driving significant sales growth, requiring an individual to solve customers’ wildlife and pest problems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consulting: Diagnose wildlife and pest issues, confidently recommending effective solutions.
• Sales Generation: Capitalize on company-provided leads and proactively generate new opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Inspections: Conduct thorough interior and exterior property inspections, including roofs, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and other partners to drive recurring and referral sales.
• Proposal Management: Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services, and collect payments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in related fields such as pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses, with a “hunter mindset.”
• Skills: Valid driver’s license; ability to work independently and efficiently manage your schedule; proficiency in using software and applications; physical capability to perform property inspections, including accessing confined spaces and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Bonus: A college degree is a plus.
