About the Job
Join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. We are hiring for entry-level automotive roles in our high-tech Inspection Centers.
Entry-Level Roles Available:
- Detailer: Responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
- Lot Attendant: Tasked with moving vehicles from one department to the next within our Inspection Centers.
- Photobooth Associate: Takes high-quality photos of vehicles to be displayed on our website, allowing customers to view them in interactive 360-degree spinners.
- Inspection Associate: Conducts thorough inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects.
General Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Comfortable with exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
- Willingness to use safety equipment, which may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
