Intern – Project Management/Cost Estimating | RLB

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project goals, detailed work plans, critical timelines, and effective implementation strategies.
• Project Adaptation: Actively participate in revising and adjusting project components as needed to ensure flexibility and responsiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Aid in identifying crucial decision-making issues, key stakeholders, and strategies to foster support and identify potential partners.
• Performance Tracking: Support the measurement, evaluation, and communication of project performance to relevant parties.
• Value Identification: Contribute to understanding the client’s desired project outcomes and proactively identify opportunities to add significant value.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in a 4-year college program in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering Science.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience gained through educational coursework or relevant work activities.
• Skills: Project management support, cost estimating support, value identification, active collaboration, effective communication.
