Parts Associate – Entry-Level

About the Role

As a Parts Associate, you will play a crucial role in our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring our vehicles are reconditioned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing the flow of parts necessary for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order parts as needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Accurately identify and record parts required for various tasks.
  • Maintain an orderly and efficient parts storage area.
  • Receive incoming parts shipments and ensure proper storage.
  • Pick parts for vehicles, ensuring timely delivery to technicians.

Schedule & Overtime

Our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience means ensuring vehicles are delivered as expected. This sometimes requires flexibility. We are looking for team players who are “all in” on our mission and are able to work mandatory overtime based on our business needs to follow through on our commitment to customers.

General Qualifications & Requirements

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • Age & License: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. (Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check).
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. May be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • Safety: Willingness to use safety equipment, which may include but is not limited to face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
  • Communication: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
