This is an entry-level position at Carvana, located in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, committed to reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards. In this role, you will be crucial in managing the flow of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance, directly supporting our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Mission: Manage the flow of parts required for vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure reconditioning standards are met.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order: Order necessary parts for various vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Identify: Accurately identify and record all parts needed for specific vehicle tasks.
• Organize: Maintain an orderly and efficient parts storage area within the facility.
• Receive: Receive all incoming parts shipments and ensure they are stored correctly.
• Pick: Pick parts for vehicles, coordinating their timely delivery to technicians.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
• Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. Must be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Skills: Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, and lift up to 60 pounds independently; must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Bonus: Ability to adapt to a changing production environment and work in varying weather conditions (heat/cold); willingness to consistently use safety equipment.
