What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Needs: Understand client staffing requirements by meeting with hiring managers.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting tools to source qualified professionals.
• Candidate Screening: Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, aligning their goals, skills, and interests with opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with consultants, coaching them for interviews and supporting their satisfaction throughout employment.
• Network Growth: Continuously build and maintain a robust network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a significant plus.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, strong interpersonal communication skills, strong verbal communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Bonus: 6 months of sales experience and/or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
