Pay and Benefits

  • Initial Base Salary: $45,000 after hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year of employment.
  • Pay Range: $60,000.00 – $60,000.00/yr (This range likely refers to target first-year total compensation including commissions, as the base pay is specified separately).
  • Unlimited Commission Potential: Significant earning potential based on performance. Our top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).

Responsibilities (You Will)

As an Entry Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Meet with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their staffing requirements.
  • Sourcing Talent: Utilize various recruiting tools to source qualified professionals.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, focusing on aligning their goals, skills, and interests with available opportunities.
  • Opportunity Communication: Effectively communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
  • Relationship Building: Perform critical relationship-building activities, such as coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and maintaining communication throughout their employment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Network Maintenance: Continuously build and maintain a robust network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
  • Career Partnership: Cultivate trusted relationships with your network of professionals to establish yourself as a vital partner in their career advancement.

Essential Skills & Qualifiers (Our Qualifiers)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a significant plus.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive: A desire to work and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 6 months of sales experience (preferred).
  • Recruiting Experience: Recruiting experience (preferred but not required).
