Junior Sales Representative (PNW Region) | Anatomage

This is a full-time role at Anatomage, located remotely within the Pacific Northwest region (Washington, Oregon, or Idaho). • Mission: Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction within the PNW region by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships with educational institutions.
• Tech Stack: CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
What You’ll Actually Do
• Territory Growth: Identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand sales within the assigned territory, specifically targeting educational institutions like medical schools, colleges, and high schools.
• Lead Development: Independently source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key educational stakeholders, such as superintendents, professors, deans, and teachers, to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Execution: Deliver impactful product demonstrations, effectively address client concerns, and successfully close deals to meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, with prior sales training and a documented track record of achievement.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation abilities, exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, and proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree in health sciences is preferred, and experience with Salesforce is a plus. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
