Digital Marketing & Communications Internship | South Carolina Citizens for Life
The Tone:
This is an on-site internship at South Carolina Citizens for Life, located in Columbia, South Carolina. South Carolina Citizens for Life is the state’s oldest and largest single-issue pro-life organization, focused on education, outreach, and advocacy. This role helps communicate messages that promote the dignity and protection of every human life. Interns will contribute to a mission impacting families, communities, and public policy across South Carolina and beyond.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing and outreach strategies.
• Content & Social: Manage and support social media campaigns and create digital content.
• Analytics: Monitor web analytics and track engagement metrics for marketing initiatives.
• Communications: Draft communications to engage supporters, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Outreach: Assist with event promotion, planning, and educational outreach efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college/university program, eligible for college credit. A strong passion for the pro-life mission and protecting vulnerable lives is essential.
• Experience: Proficiency in social media marketing and online marketing platforms. Experience or familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics tools is required.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident use of Microsoft Office, GSuite, Canva, CapCut, and various social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively.
• Bonus: Interest in digital advocacy, nonprofit work, fundraising, and public policy. Priority consideration given to applicants from South Carolina. Ability to travel for specified program dates (June 9-14, 2026 and July 24-July 31, 2026) and work on-site in Columbia, SC.
