Summer 2026 Enterprise Management Internship | Enterprise Mobility Inc.

The Tone:
This is a full-time summer internship at Enterprise Mobility Inc., located in Houston, TX. Enterprise Mobility is a global leader in providing comprehensive, diversified transportation solutions, including car rental services under brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. This internship is specifically designed to give university students real-world professional experience, helping them develop valuable business and leadership skills that are essential for effectively running a successful enterprise from day one. Interns will acquire highly marketable management skills and gain practical, hands-on experience, allowing them to truly stand out with challenging and rewarding opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage and oversee a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Relations: Provide excellent service and care for customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build strong professional relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Project Execution: Complete assigned intern projects and engage in friendly peer competitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program or a Master of Business Administration, with a graduation date between August 2026 and December 2026.
• Experience: Requires one year of cumulative experience within the last four years in sales (defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, such as serving, retail, or hospitality). Alternatively, one year of experience or involvement within the past four years in the military, as a collegiate athlete, or in a leadership role within an academic organization will be considered. Candidates must be willing to commit to the summer program, working minimally 40 hours per week starting May 26, 2026. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past three years; one must fall off within 12 months of employment) and no drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record in the past five years. Lastly, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
