What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety: Safely select cases within the freezer environment, which operates at 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Accuracy: Accurately select cases utilizing voice technology to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Operation: Operate an electric tugger to transport selected cases efficiently.
• Performance: Maintain a fast pace while performing order selection duties.
• Quality: Uphold high standards of quality throughout the entire case selection process.

• Background: Entry Level, no experience required. No specific educational background required.
• Experience: No previous experience is required, as this is an entry-level position designed to build a career.
• Skills: Ability to work consistently in a freezer environment (0-10 degrees Fahrenheit), capability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks, strong attention to detail for order accuracy, and the ability to follow voice commands effectively.
• Bonus: Previous experience as a Warehouse worker, Warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, or material handler.
