The Tone:
This is an early career opportunity at Labatt Food Service, located in San Antonio, TX. Labatt Food Service is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. We operate a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers across Texas and New Mexico from five distribution centers. This role is fundamental to ensuring our night-shift shipping operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the continuous flow of goods to our customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate: Safely operate heavy equipment to move and organize products within the warehouse during the night shift.
• Perform: Execute various shipping duties to prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Handle: Process and handle a wide range of items in a high-transaction logistics environment.
• Contribute: Support the overall efficiency and productivity of night-shift warehouse operations.

• Experience: No prior experience is required.
• Skills: Ability to operate heavy equipment, perform various shipping duties, and work with your hands.
• Bonus: Previous experience as a warehouse worker, warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, or material handler is a plus.
