What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Create and execute customized financial plans for members.
• Analysis: Illustrate members’ current financial situations clearly and comprehensively.
• Goal Setting: Outline members’ future financial aspirations, setting clear objectives.
• Support: Offer the necessary financial tools and ongoing support to help members reach their defined goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong passion for improving members’ financial lives and the drive to launch a career in financial services, along with the ability to pass a background check that includes satisfactory regulatory, criminal, and financial standing.
• Experience: Ability to obtain or currently hold an active life insurance license, FINRA Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE), Series 6 and/or 7, and Series 63 (as required by state).
• Skills: Expertise in financial planning, client needs assessment, building long-term relationships, and providing comprehensive financial guidance and support.
• Bonus: Demonstrated integrity and character, leadership abilities, a team-oriented mindset, results-driven focus, and a strong volunteer spirit in the community.
