What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations: Provide crucial support for the overall financial operations of the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
• Payroll Assistance: Assist with the administrative tasks related to payroll funding processes.
• Expense Processing: Support the processing of travel and employee expense reports.
• Procurement Activities: Contribute to various activities within the school’s procurement functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career individual with a high school diploma or equivalency, possessing foundational knowledge in accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience directly in accounting work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in related financial functions.
• Skills: Demonstrate competencies in financial record keeping, administrative support, accurate data entry, and adherence to established financial procedures.
• Bonus: Prior work experience within the University of North Carolina system, specifically at the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
