What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Planning: Develop customized financial plans specifically tailored to each client’s unique life stage, professional circumstances, and evolving financial requirements.
• Information Assessment: Accurately gather and thoroughly assess comprehensive client financial information, encompassing their current financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, specific financial goals, retirement plans, and other critical wealth management factors.
• Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic recommendations regarding a wide range of products, financial plans, investment opportunities, and various methods designed to help clients effectively achieve their defined financial objectives.
• Advisor and Prospector: Act as a trusted financial advisor for new clients, diligently seeking, identifying, and establishing new prospects within the Greater Atlanta market.
• Team Collaboration & Learning: Function as a structured yet coachable team player, actively engaging in and embracing continuous education and training opportunities provided by colleagues and the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess essential working knowledge of a broad range of financial products, a solid understanding of the financial industry, and experience in roles comparable to a personal financial advisor or financial planner.
• Experience: Demonstrate strong proficiency in using key software tools, including Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, specialized financial planning software, and Google Suite, along with other relevant industry tools.
• Skills: Exhibit exemplary mathematical and analytical abilities, coupled with strong communication skills and excellent relationship-building capabilities crucial for providing superb customer service to both current and new clients.
• Bonus: Valid FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses are considered a significant advantage, and proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable for the ideal candidate.
