• Mission: This person will empower individuals to achieve financial security by creating personalized plans and providing essential financial tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan Development: Create and implement customized financial plans designed to help members achieve their personal and family financial objectives.
• Financial Assessment: Analyze and clearly illustrate members’ current financial situations to establish a baseline for planning.
• Goal Definition: Work with members to outline and strategize for their future financial aspirations, ensuring clarity and direction.
• Tool & Support Provision: Equip members with the necessary financial tools, products, and ongoing support to reach their defined financial goals effectively.
• Fraternal Engagement: Actively participate in the fraternal mission by fostering relationships and contributing to community programs funded by members, enriching lives and strengthening local impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong passion for bettering members’ financial lives and the ability to successfully obtain all necessary financial licenses and registrations.
• Experience: Open to all career levels, from individuals launching their financial services journey to seasoned professionals with extensive experience.
• Skills:
• An active life insurance license (or the ability to obtain one).
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE) registration (or the ability to obtain one).
• Series 6 and/or 7 license (or the ability to obtain one, as required by state).
• Series 63 license (or the ability to obtain one, as required by state).
• Bonus:
