The City Explorer Academy offers a comprehensive, structured training program focused on key digital skills. This internship is meticulously designed for individuals eager to develop expertise in live video broadcasting, sophisticated video production, creative content creation, and effective digital marketing strategies.

Programme Fee

Participation in the City Explorer Academy entails a one-time programme fee. This fee is essential to support a wide range of benefits, including:

• In-depth training sessions
• Dedicated mentorship

• Sponsored travel during the second phase of the programme (for selected participants)
• Continuous access to our livestreaming platform throughout the entire internship duration

Internship Duration Options

We offer flexible internship durations to suit your ambitions:

• 3-month internship: This option includes the full 3-month Academy training period, providing a solid foundation in all core areas.
• 4 to 6-month internship: This extended route comprises the initial 3-month Academy training period, followed by exclusive international livestream assignments for selected high-performing participants.

Training Structure during the First 3 Months

The initial 3-month training period is structured into comprehensive units:

• Unit 1: Live Streaming and Video Content – Mastering the art and technicalities of live broadcasting.
• Unit 2: Creative Content Creation – Developing engaging narratives and visual content.
• Unit 3: Social Media and Marketing – Strategies for digital engagement and audience growth.

During this intensive training period, interns will actively participate in online sessions, complete practical assessments, livestream a minimum of 5 hours per week, strictly adhere to City Explorer guidelines, and contribute to collaborative content planning activities.

International Assignments

Interns who opt for the 4 to 6-month route and successfully demonstrate their capabilities during the initial 3 months may be selected for exciting international livestream assignments. For these assignments, City Explorer will fully cover travel, accommodation, and meals. Additionally, selected interns will receive further coaching to effectively apply their acquired training in real-world, international environments.

Progression
