What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop personalized financial plans: Design and implement customized financial strategies for individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them work towards their financial objectives.
• Assess current financial standing: Accurately evaluate and illustrate members’ current financial situations, providing a clear picture of their assets, liabilities, and existing protections.
• Define future financial aspirations: Collaborate with members to identify and clearly outline their future financial goals, such as retirement planning, education funding, or wealth accumulation.
• Provide essential financial tools and guidance: Equip members with the necessary financial products, services, and ongoing support to effectively achieve their outlined financial aspirations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor: Offer continuous financial guidance and suitable products to help members safeguard their families and secure their long-term financial futures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional or an experienced individual looking to transition into or further their career in financial services, with a strong interest in guiding individuals toward financial success.
• Experience: Ability to obtain or already hold an active life insurance license, FINRA Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE) registration, Series 6 and/or 7 license, and Series 63 license, as required by state regulatory bodies.
• Skills:
• Ability to create and implement comprehensive, tailored financial plans for diverse client needs.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills focused on establishing long-term client trust and rapport.
• Unwavering integrity, credibility, and honesty in all financial dealings and client interactions.
