Role Description

Molina Carpets is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site at our Garner, NC location. This pivotal role involves managing daily office operations, executing essential clerical tasks, and maintaining immaculate records. The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to our executive staff and contribute significantly to a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Execute a range of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain highly organized and accessible records and filing systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support to executive staff, anticipating needs and managing requests as required.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Strong Communication & Phone Etiquette: Exceptional ability to manage inquiries effectively, maintain professional interactions, and ensure clear communication.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance Experience: Experience providing high-level support to executives, including managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-Oriented & Multitasking Ability: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Expert-level proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar platforms.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in administrative functions (e.g., Office Management, Administrative Professional Certification) are a significant plus.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in office operations.
