Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Outlook Hamilton | Greystar

The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Greystar, located in Noblesville, Indiana. Greystar is a leading global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, acting as the largest operator of apartments in the United States. This role is crucial for executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, directly contributing to occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by serving as the primary contact for prospective residents and supporting current residents.

The TL;DR
• Role: Part Time
• Location: Noblesville, IN (On-site)
• Pay: $21–$24 hourly
• Mission: Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals, while serving as a key point of contact for prospective residents and supporting resident satisfaction.
• Tech Stack: on-site property management software application, CRM

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leasing: Perform all sales and leasing activities from greeting prospects to lease signing, ensuring a smooth resident move-in process.
• Marketing: Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic, including resident referral programs and internet marketing.
• Resident Relations: Manage lease renewals in alignment with Active Adult best practices and respond to resident concerns quickly and courteously.
• Property Standards: Inspect the property and show units daily to ensure they meet Company standards for show quality and merchandising.
• Administration: Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data, and assist with community events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years applying sales skills, including lead generation, presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing, within a customer service environment.
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for legal documents and sales explanations; mathematical skills for sales conversions; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management applications, database management, and internet for marketing and sales.
• Bonus: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field; valid driver’s license for on-property golf cart operation; and any licenses or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
