What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety Adherence: Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, consistently acting in a safe manner to maintain a secure work environment.
• Mechanical Assistance: Assist senior mechanics with building and fabricating specialized Vacuum Trucks as directed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on company vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Operational Support: Perform warehouse duties and contribute to the maintenance of the facility through housekeeping.
• General Duties: Execute other tasks assigned by management that support the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This early career apprenticeship requires a High School diploma along with career technical education.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of prior experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bonus: A Secondary Trade school education is preferred, and holding related mechanical certifications would be a distinct advantage.
