Stagiaire (Intern) in Business Economics or Business Informatics

The Federal Finance Administration (AFF) is seeking a motivated intern to contribute to its strategic SAP financial project (SUPERB) and broader digital transformation initiatives.

What You Can Contribute

  • Test Management Coordination: Coordinate test management within the strategic SAP financial project (SUPERB). This includes establishing test programs, conducting validation tests, and taking responsibility for integration and functional tests.
  • Process and Architecture Development: Participate in the evolution, identification, and modeling of financial processes and enterprise architecture.
  • IT Controlling Implementation: Contribute to the establishment and development of IT controlling mechanisms.
  • SAP Project Portfolio Management: Participate in the creation of the SAP project portfolio and ensure its effective implementation.
  • SAP Vision Development: Contribute to the development of AFF’s SAP Vision 2032.
  • Team Collaboration Support: Assist team members in navigating and collaborating effectively within a hybrid work environment.

What Makes You Unique

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or Business Informatics, either recently obtained or nearing completion.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Good knowledge of business management processes and MS Office applications.
  • Interest in Testing and Solutions: Demonstrated interest in test engineering, test management, enterprise solutions, and business processes.
  • Adaptability to Hybrid Environments: Comfortable working in hybrid environments.
  • Soft Skills: Team spirit, service-minded, good customer contact skills, interest in new forms of work, and good writing skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of two official languages.

As an intern at the AFF, you will explore the behind-the-scenes aspects of digital transformation and discover how agile methods are applied. In this role, you will ensure the quality of results for SAP Business solutions to be implemented and contribute to their efficient operation.

The Federal Finance Administration (AFF) is an office within the Federal Department of Finance responsible for managing the Confederation’s finances. We prepare the budget, financial plan, and accounts of the Confederation. All significant departmental projects with implications for federal finances pass through our office.
