Internship Role & Responsibilities

As an intern with Skydance Games, you will be deeply involved in the game development process with a focus on programming and collaboration:

• 50% Coding using Unreal Engine in both Blueprints and C++.
• 30% Testing features developed by yourself or others.
• 20% Participation in meetings and planning the designs of features with other Developers.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with practical experience in:

• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience with C++

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• This specific internship is available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors, or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior (May 2026), please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
• Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring salary for this internship position is an hourly rate of $38.00. This rate applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
