The Tone:

CACI is seeking a dedicated analyst to join their team at COMNAVAIRLANT, where they will manage the lifecycle of crucial technological assets. This position is essential for ensuring the continuous availability and optimal functionality of critical technology for both Fleet and Staff personnel. The analyst’s proactive identification and resolution of potential equipment, supply chain, and obsolescence issues will directly prevent costly, mission-impacting failures, supporting national security efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the comprehensive product life cycle, encompassing acquisition, distribution, allocation, and final disposal of various technological assets.
• Inventory Control: Maintain a real-time, detailed master inventory of a wide range of devices, including approximately 450 Smart Phones, 75 Cell Phones, 20 iPads, 30 Hotspots, 5 Iridium Satellite Phones, and 1000 Print Devices, according to COMNAVAIRLANT N6 directives.
• Technical Support & Coordination: Address Smart Phone trouble calls, assist users with uploading or reloading Smart Phone Operating Systems, and coordinate with the NGEN/NMCI Service Desk for application resets, as well as with COMNAVAIRLANT N61 for all cell phone trouble calls.
• Service & Event Coordination: Manage International Phone Service for Smart Phone users traveling abroad, maintaining real-time accountability, and coordinate unique Cell Phone requirements for special command training and ceremonial events.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential issues such as equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, and obsolescence to prevent costly, mission-impacting failures impacting operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An active DoD Secret security clearance is required. Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or a related business discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in Navy logistics Automated Information Systems (AISs) is essential. One year of experience in Navy Logistics AIS management can substitute for one year of college education, in addition to the minimum three years required for the labor category.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Navy logistics AISs, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous inventory management capabilities.
• Bonus: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
