What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Support: Assist in the strategic development and growth of digital creators across major social platforms, optimizing their content and engagement.
• Networking: Develop and nurture strong connections across the entertainment and fashion industries to secure collaborations, brand deals, and exposure opportunities for talent.
• Event Management: Meticulously plan and execute events, photoshoots, and brand collaborations, coordinating all logistics for creator appearances.
• Operations: Maintain robust operational structure by managing schedules, making professional business calls, and ensuring rigorous accountability and timely task completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, particularly Instagram and TikTok culture, trends, and best practices.
• Experience: Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, analytics, and social media growth tactics, along with a track record of reliable and proactive work habits.
• Skills: Exemplary professional communication (phone and digital), strong relationship-building abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and efficient time management.
