What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Activities of Daily Living: Provide comprehensive assistance with a range of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ensuring safe mobility support for clients.
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support: Offer meaningful companionship and crucial emotional support, actively fostering a positive, engaging, and comforting environment that enhances clients’ overall well-being.
• Manage Light Household Tasks: Assist with various light household management duties, including tidying living spaces, managing laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized home environment to ensure client comfort and safety.
• Prepare and Assist with Meals: Prepare nutritious and delicious meals for clients, strictly adhering to their specific dietary restrictions and preferences, and provide assistance with feeding clients when it is necessary.
• Monitor and Report Client Health: Diligently monitor clients’ physical and emotional health, carefully observing and promptly reporting any significant changes, concerns, or emergencies to appropriate supervisors to ensure timely intervention.
