As an IT Business Process Intern, you will play a crucial role in understanding and improving how the company operates, contributing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead a defined business process improvement project from its initiation to completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct meetings with various stakeholders to understand and document how their work gets done.
• Process Mapping: Create comprehensive Level 2 (big-picture, cross-functional) and Level 3 (detailed steps, decision points) process maps for Order-to-Cash business functions.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and evaluate where digitization or automation could bring value.
• Presentation & Validation: Present completed work, insights, and recommendations to team members and leaders, partnering with subject matter experts to validate findings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate or graduate student with a major in Business, Management Information Systems, Operations, Engineering (Industrial or Systems), or Analytics.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in business operations, continuous improvement, or process optimization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex workflows; Excellent organizational and documentation skills; Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional partners; Natural curiosity and comfort in asking thoughtful questions.
