What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation: Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems, focusing on garage coatings and other solutions.
• Interpretation: Read and interpret design drawings to accurately match parts to their proper assemblies.
• Logistics: Safely handle and transport materials, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
• Quality Control: Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets the company’s high-quality standards.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career role with a focus on hands-on craftsmanship and a commitment to learning and career advancement in installation.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license, experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy to the millimeter, organized and systematic approach to work, and professional communication skills with a customer service mindset.
