What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare Products: Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of quality food products, ensuring all items meet Arby’s high standards for freshness, presentation, and taste in a busy operational environment.
• Deliver Service: Provide exceptionally friendly and efficient customer service, actively engaging with guests to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience from order to departure.
• Maintain Environment: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen, while strictly adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
• Manage Supplies: Support the team by assisting with inventory management and consistently restocking supplies as needed, ensuring all operational areas are well-equipped for seamless service delivery.
• Handle Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process all financial transactions, including cash and credit payments, while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
