What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation Support: Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems.
• Design Interpretation: Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and transport materials both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
• Quality Assurance: Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets Renuity Garage’s high-quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional eager to learn home organization system installation.
• Experience: Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types; Valid driver’s license required.
• Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy to the millimeter.
• Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
• Professional communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces.
