• Mission: This person transforms customer homes by assisting in the precise assembly and installation of custom home organization systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assemble: Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems, focusing on coatings and scraping, not garage door installation.
• Interpret: Read and interpret design drawings accurately to match parts to their proper assemblies for each project.
• Transport: Safely handle and transport materials both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
• Detail: Perform surface detailing and meticulous finishing to ensure every project adheres to Renuity Garage’s high-quality standards.
• Engage: Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively and professionally with both customers and team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional in hands-on installation or craftsmanship, taking pride in their work and eager to learn.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license required, along with practical experience using basic hand tools and familiarity with different hardware types.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy to the millimeter, an organized and systematic approach to problem-solving, professional communication skills, and a customer service mindset.
• Bonus: Eagerness to learn and advance their career in installation, enjoyment of problem-solving and teamwork, and the ability to balance professional demands with personal commitments.
