Role: Web Development Intern (Hybrid)

This is a full-time, hybrid internship position based in Orlando, FL. As a Web Development Intern, you will become an integral part of our development team, actively contributing to the creation and enhancement of web applications, eCommerce platforms, and comprehensive digital solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies and contribute to real-world projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with coding and implementation of features for web applications and digital platforms.
• Conducting thorough testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of applications.
• Actively debugging issues and identifying effective solutions to enhance application stability and user experience.
• Providing valuable input on design and functionality to create intuitive and engaging digital products.
• Collaborating closely with experienced developers and designers on various project phases.
• Contributing to the development of scalable, visually polished solutions that meet client objectives.
• Learning and applying best practices in web development and software engineering.

While some work from home is acceptable, in-person collaboration may be required for specific tasks, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a cohesive and productive environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic web development technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A foundational understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like React, backend frameworks such as Laravel, or other similar web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with leading eCommerce platform tools such as Shopify or content management systems like Webflow.
• Demonstrated ability to debug and test applications thoroughly for functionality, reliability, and overall performance.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills to work seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience or a keen interest in AI integration and advanced digital solutions is considered a significant plus.
