What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Development: Assist in developing and implementing solutions designed to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks, including comprehensive requirements gathering.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of critical business processes related to file storage, access, and organization.
• File Migration: Participate actively in file migration projects, ensuring the accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of digital assets.
• Workflow Improvement: Collaborate effectively with team members to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improving workflows and document handling procedures.
• Reporting Enhancement: Work closely with Business Intelligence/Dashboard Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program. A critical requirement for this role is eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which necessitates US citizenship.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Skills: The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research and analytical abilities, and keen attention to detail. Effective organization and time management are essential, alongside flexibility, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude to adapt to challenges proactively.
