What You’ll Actually Do
• Food Preparation & Service: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of quality food products to guests, ensuring efficiency and high standards in a busy setting.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to all guests, creating positive and memorable dining experiences.
• Store Operations & Cleanliness: Diligently maintain the cleanliness and organization of all store areas, including dining, restrooms, and kitchen, while assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Safety & Sanitation Adherence: Strictly follow all established food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures to safeguard the health and well-being of every guest.
• Transaction Processing & Teamwork: Accurately and efficiently process both cash and credit card transactions, and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific educational background required.
• Experience: Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is preferred, but not strictly required for consideration.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting, handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.
